These are our two standard fees associated with all custom screen-printing.
Screen Set Up Fee
The Screen Set Up Fee covers the considerable time involved with preparing films and screens for screen-printing. This is a one-time fee. We do not charge this fee when you reprint.
We do not give out or sell screens and films.
We do not provide a screen coating service to the public.
Companies that offer no screen fees are rolling it into the cost of the printing.
• $25.00 per screen per ink color
• $50.00 per oversize screen (larger than 15" x 15")
Flash Cure Charge
Dark garments often require a second pass for light colored inks to be really opaque. This is called Flash Curing. Your design may or may not need Flash Curing, and we will need to see your design to determine this.
• $0.26 for 20-499 units
• $0.21 for 500 or more units
These are fees for less common requests.
Ink Change Fee
Let us say we print your logo in black ink on a red shirt, then in blue ink on a yellow shirt. We will have to stop the press, clean the black ink off the screen, and re-set up with the blue ink. This is the Ink Change Fee.
• $10.00 per ink color
Color Blend
Once in a great while clients request a specific blending of two or more colors on one screen.
• $0.50 per imprint
Specialty Inks
Metallics, shimmers, suede, clear gel, glitter/sparkle, glow-in-the-dark:
• $0.71-$1.25 per imprint, call for details.
Puffy and High Density inks:
• $0.76 per imprint
• $52.00 Screen Set Up Fee
Fluorescent inks cost the same as standard inks. For best results, fluorescents must be printed on either white garments or on top of a white Underprint.
We do not recommend any Specialty Inks for uniforms or garments that will undergo extreme wear and tear.
Sleeve Imprints
Screen-printing sleeves is more complicated and time-consuming than printing the front of a t-shirt.
• Short Sleeves $2.00 first ink
• Short Sleeves $0.50 each additional ink/side
• Long Sleeves $2.50 first ink
• Long Sleeves $0.50 each additional ink
Off Placement
This is an additional charge for printing in unusual locations, like on the side of the shirt, high up on the shoulder near the collar, or near the bottom seam.
• $0.26 for 20-499 units
• $0.21 for 500 or more units
Oversize Print
Our standard print size is 15"x15". Any image larger than this in either length or width requires larger screens, palettes, more ink, and more work.
• $0.10 additional per ink color per garment
• $50.00 screen set up fee
